Morpho's USDG lending pool is the single biggest capital sink on Robinhood Chain right now. At roughly $448.2 million in total value locked, the protocol commands close to 46 percent of the chain's entire $978.9 million TVL, a staggering concentration for a network still in its early innings.

That chain-wide figure, hovering just under the $1 billion mark, puts Robinhood Chain in a growing tier of L2s attracting serious deposits. But the story here is lopsided: Morpho alone accounts for nearly one dollar out of every two parked on-chain.

For context, other protocols like Arcus, Uniswap, 1inch, and Lighter all have a presence on the chain, but none approach Morpho's gravitational pull on capital. The lending market has become the de facto parking spot for anyone holding USDG and looking to put it to work.

What that means for depositors is straightforward: by supplying USDG into Morpho's pool, you are lending your stablecoins to borrowers on the other side of the market, and you earn a return, the APY, for taking on that counterparty risk. The higher the utilization ratio (more borrowers competing for a fixed pool of lenders), the higher that yield tends to climb.

A specific APY figure for the Morpho USDG pool was not available in today's data pull, so we'll skip the number rather than guess. We'll bring it to you the moment it surfaces. What is clear from the TVL alone: depositors are pouring in, and Morpho is Robinhood Chain's dominant DeFi venue by a wide margin.
