Morpho Commanding NEARLY HALF A BILLION as Robinhood Chain TVL Tilts Heavily Toward Lending
Four key protocols hold roughly $650 million in total value locked. The USDG lending giant Morpho is running away with the race, while lighter-touch DeFi plays jockey for position behind it.
The money has spoken on Robinhood Chain, and it is not evenly distributed. Across the four major protocols tracked by Quorum, total value locked sits at approximately $650.9 million, and one name dominates the landscape: Morpho, the USDG lending market, holds $456.5 million in TVL, accounting for nearly 70 percent of the combined figure.
That concentration tells you something about where capital feels comfortable on a chain still in its early chapters. Morpho's lending rails give institutional and retail depositors a familiar yield-adjacent primitive, no memecoin volatility, no directional bet on a new token, just stablecoin lending infrastructure backed by Chainlink price feeds.
Lighter, the DEX built by the former dYdX team operating under the Arcus brand, sits in second with $99.5 million locked. Uniswap's deployment has pulled in $70.8 million, a meaningful foothold for the blue-chip AMM but still well behind Lighter in the Robinhood Chain context. Arcus itself, distinct from Lighter but part of the same team's footprint, carries $24.1 million in TVL.
The picture that emerges is one of capital gravitating toward infrastructure over speculation. Lending and orderbook-style trading account for the lion's share of value locked, even as memecoin activity (CASHCAT, DADDY, and the like) continues to drive a disproportionate share of raw DEX volume on the chain. Robinhood has publicly distanced itself from that memecoin traffic, and the TVL numbers suggest that serious capital is doing the same, parking itself in protocol layers rather than chasing short-lived tokens.
For builders and watchers, the takeaway is clear: Robinhood Chain's early economy is being shaped by a handful of DeFi primitives, and Morpho's outsized share of locked value makes it the gravitational center for now. Whether that concentration persists as new protocols launch and Stock Token adoption grows is the question everyone should be tracking.
